Step 1 of 3
Pick the closest one — no wrong answer.
Step 2 of 3
So we can show you what this looks like on your own leads. We text first — no surprise calls.
🔒 No spam. No commitment. Your info is never shared.
Ads run on about $100 a day paid straight to Facebook — that is separate from the $50 per booked quote, and it never comes to us.
Step 3 of 3 — last one
Last one, then your calendar opens. It just tells us what to expect before we speak, and there is no wrong answer here.
Grab whichever slot suits you and Juan will walk you through exactly how this would run for your business. If nothing here works, he will reach out within one business day.
Choose a day and time:
Worth knowing before the call: ads need about $100 a day, paid to Facebook for the ads themselves. That is separate from the $50 per booked quote, which you only pay when someone is actually on your schedule.
Every lead is yours alone. We never sell it to another contractor.
He says the difference is knowing he will always have quotes to book.
Cody came to us off the usual mix — Angi leads, billboards, and buying leads that three other contractors had already bought. He tells us that stopped, that the business grew, and that for the first time he has a read on what next month looks like.

What does a full encapsulation consist of?
Hey name 👋🏻 Great question, so a full crawlspace encapsulation basically seals off your crawlspace from ground moisture. We install a heavy-duty vapor barrier with full coverage across the floor and up the walls, keeping moisture, mold, and cold air from coming up into your home.
Our advertised special covers homes with crawlspaces up to 1,500 sq ft in standard condition. It’s encapsulation only, things like existing mold, waterproofing, or structural repairs would be quoted separately if Steven finds anything during the visit.
What about a dehumidifier?
A dehumidifier is something Steven can look at when he comes out. If your crawlspace needs one, he’ll let you know and work it into the quote. Would morning or afternoon work better for you?
When would he be able to come out? How soon?
Soonest we’ve got is Tuesday the 18th at 4pm. Would that work for you?
Don’t have anything before that?
Unfortunately this week is completely booked up. Tuesday the 18th at 4pm is the first opening we have. Want me to grab that one for you?
That’s fine
What’s the project address so I can check Steven’s schedule?
address Apison tn. zip
You’re all set for Tuesday the 18th at 4pm at address, Apison TN zip. Steven will call when he’s on his way. And what’s a good email for the quote when it’s done?
Thanks
Good evening. Four years ago, we had a deck built at our house. We are looking at expanding the outdoor portion of the deck and fortifying it to hold a hot tub and topping it with trex decking instead of the wood. Right now we have a 10‘ x 9‘ outdoor area and we would like to expand it to be 16 x 9. Basically extending the outdoor deck all the way to the gate and having it be strong enough to support a hot tub. Do you have a rough estimate of what this would cost?
Hey name 👋🏻 That sounds like a great project. On pricing, every build is different so we never quote numbers without seeing it in person first, that’s exactly what the free quote is for. Cody the owner personally comes out, goes over everything with you, and makes sure you get the best price. Would morning or afternoon work best for you?
I am sending a picture of the area that we would like to extend the deck into all the way to the gate. Is there anyway to get a rough estimate before I have you guys come out? My husband and I both work so arranging a visit is tough if we don’t know, but it’s gonna be something we can manage financially.
Totally understand, and I appreciate you sending the photo. We really can’t give numbers without Cody seeing it in person, every project is different and we’d hate to throw out a number that ends up being way off either direction. The quote is free and takes about an hour, and he works around schedules. Would early morning or later afternoon be easier for you both?
Later afternoon is better
Perfect, what’s the address of the project and I can check Cody’s schedule now
address Ooltewah
Checking We’ve got Thursday the 13th at 4pm or Friday the 14th at 4pm. Which works better for you both?
Thursday the 13th at 4 should work
My number is phone
Perfect, adding that now. And a good email for the quote when done?
Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are blacked out. We protect their details the same way we would protect your customers’.
$50 a booked quote, and nobody else gets that lead.
If paid ads are not your next move we will tell you that instead.

For contractors, the friction between receiving a lead and dispatching a job can directly impact profitability and customer satisfaction. Traditional workflows—manual phone calls, email chains, availability checks, and schedule coordination—introduce delays that cost deals and strain resources. AI-powered booking automation collapses these steps into seconds: leads are instantly matched against contractor availability, service areas, and skill sets, with jobs automatically dispatched to the best-fit technician and confirmation sent to the customer in real time. This eliminates back-and-forth communication, reduces no-shows through automated reminders, and frees your team to focus on service delivery rather than scheduling logistics.
The measurable impact on contractor operations is significant. Faster job assignment reduces the time-to-first-appointment window—getting technicians to customers quicker improves close rates and customer lifetime value. Fewer scheduling handoffs mean fewer human errors and less rework. Automated workflows also enable data capture at every step: which contractors consistently accept jobs, which close fastest, which generate repeat bookings. This visibility reveals which team members and service types perform best, helping you optimize dispatch decisions and identify training opportunities. Over time, smarter matching compounds—your system learns which contractors succeed with certain job types and customer profiles, continuously improving assignment quality.
